fun fact, matcha doesn't actually dissolve!! the whisking process actually diffuses it and suspends it into the liquid giving the illusion of being dissolved, but that's why matcha can separate relatively quickly too :)) it sinks

Use a dash of hot water with the matcha separately and whisk together, once it fluffs up all foamy it’s ready, I recommend adding honey to it 🤤.

I used to hate Matcha but then when I tried it with a subtle flavour (like vanilla) and then I could drink plain matcha. Kind of like how I did with coffee!
