Need some advice. I’m taking Ochem II, genetics, elective bio course, and micro plus work as a tutor and lab assistant. I don’t have time to do clinical hours and focus on my studies so I am thinking of dropping micro (not a prereq or needed for my major). I am applying to an early acceptance program this summer/fall so I think I should have some clinical hours behind me. I am a sophomore so if needed I could always take in the future before med school. What do you think?

Office hours!!! I remember the first week of Gen chem I thinking I was gonna fail the class (never took chem in high school) but went to office hours every week and ended up getting an A in the class! I think it was just intimidating going but teachers love it!

On the first day of class freshman year my anatomy professor asked "Who got all A's in high school?? 💯💯" then she asked "Who didn't have to study? 🤨😑" It was such a pointed question, then she asked me again personally when I was asking her questions at office hours 😭! I did study in high school tho 😓, it was me and Quizlet against the world 😂!
