hey sis can you please go back to the bus station and get the details of the people who got off at that station, you can start at the police station 1st and get a case number for the bus station to help you, i can't imagine loosing my personal belongings, i hope you get your bag back and everything in it🙏🙏🙏

They took mine in park station coming from Pretoria, it was 2019. I'll never heal coz all my clothes were brand new🥹

I once took someone's bag by mistake because it looked exactly like mine.The exchange was done smoothly. If it was with Translux then it'll be returned,just keep on doing follow ups,your bag will be recovered.
