Looked it up. Found the actual recipe: How to Prepare and Apply: Prepare the Base: Combine 1–2 tablespoons of flaxseed powder (or whole seeds) with 1 cup of water and simmer for 5–10 minutes until it forms a thick gel, then strain. Combine: Mix 2 tablespoons of the cooled flaxseed gel with one egg yolk and a teaspoon of oil. Application: Apply to a clean face and neck, leaving it on for 15–20 minutes until it feels dry and tight. Rinse: Wash off with lukewarm water and pat dry. This mask can be used 2–3 times a week to improve skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
