Here’s another idea instead of using Filo dough you could make mashed potatoes and line them in the pan and bake it for 15 minutes then put the egg inside and cook it the rest of the way I think that would be delicious

When you first showed it I thought it was garlic bread. By the way, just made the most amazing cottage cheese pancakes for breakfast. Super easy, high protein, and delicious one egg, a cup of cottage cheese, half a cup of gluten-free flour, plash of vanilla. Oil in pan. Delicious.
