I disagree i flew out with them from Heathrow on 2nd April, no WiFi on a 12.5hr flight, we got served 1 drink and when asked for another they were not happy - food was definitely not ok - I actually think it’s one of the worst airlines I’ve flown with

The problem with this flight is cost. Came back today from Hanoi to Heathrow. Paid £560 return with Etihad, expensive because it's been over New Year. Our friend has booked tickets for £360 return, flying next week with a Chinese Airline. Typical Vietnamese Airlines flight cost £1100 return. The saving is generally over £1000 per couple. That's your spending money, for 2 to 4 hours extra time. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

yeah great service but they do no safety checks...no small hand luggage must be stored under seat in front, hardly check seatbelts..hmm

Lmao I recently did this flight, 30th Jan. my entertainment screen was terrible - slow, lagging, 1 game worked (golf, and that felt 20 years old) and the part that gave flight details and video of the plane did not work. Apart from that, the flight was okay, plane food was average, to be expected. Hoping for better fortune on my return! I did find it bizarre they gave nuts out on a flight as well!
