Hemiplegic migraine girly here. I get these continuously to the point i have medication to take at home now my very very severe ones i do go to the er where im admitted into the IMCU every single time for observation overnight

I have the stroke like symptoms sometimes 3 times a day. I went from it is hemiplegic migraines to, FND, to Complicated migraines. I jave stopped going to the ER I had 5 episodes thia week with the stroke like systems and my nuero brushes me off and all tests come back normal. I am so frustrated. Glad yours listens. I am looking for a new doctor.

Wow! I’ve been having migraines for about 2 year and never knew smelling smoke was connected to them! I also didn’t know the thing about yawning!

I started taking 10 mg of Cyclobenzaprine when I feel one coming on. This has helped keep a full blown one from happening so far. And 5mg to sleep at night when needed. It’s not ideal but it has significantly helped.

I didn’t know the constant yawns were a trigger until I ended up in the er with lock jaw. I was crying from pain boyfriend has to come get me from work. Now I know when the yawning starts and gets stronger it’s a migraine to get meds started and get home.

Hemiplegic migraine girl here! I call 911 each time I have one which are usually many years apart because they have to rule out a stroke every time 😭

i started doing severe migraines since october.. and the pain is the worse.. the numbness in the face.. le neck tigthness is the worse... we are on trial of different medication to see what helps
