Some of yall are missing the point. You cannot pull a firearm out and point it at someone. At that point that’s a threat and that man doesn’t know if she’s gonna use it. Throwing a water bottle at someone doesn’t warrant a firearm being pointed at you.

That guy is guilty. Also, he pursued her. She felt threatened. He threw an object at her. She has a license to carry. People need to realize that when you go up against someone, you never know if they have a weapon.

Firearm rules 101: if you pull, the intent is always going to be assumed, to use or threaten. You can’t wave it around and threaten ppl with a weapon. That’s called menacing and making threats. All illegal.
