Disappointing experience. A customer was judged and made to feel unwelcome just for walking into the store. No one should be treated as if they don’t belong. A large purchase afterward doesn’t fix or excuse poor treatment. Respect should come before someone’s wallet size. I hope management focuses on treating every customer with dignity, not assumptions. I don’t think he taught her much that day nor the sales woman.
