Killing him was an accident. Guy harassed him, and called him the N slur. He didn’t use a weapon, he didn’t beat him repeatedly, he literally hit the man once. One singular time. MANY people would deck somebody for the N slur. And 90% of people who are hit one singular time in the face don’t die as a result. The worker was verbally assaulted, unfortunately he physically assaulted the person with one single punch in response, and then in a freak accident the person died.
