I tore my acl, mcl and meniscus when I was 12, went to urgent care, they xrayed it, told me it was sprained, didn’t tell me where else to go, didn’t do anything , not even crutches, I walked around like a penguin for 2 years after that, the knee problems I have even 8 years later at 21 is crazy, but life went on

goodluck with your recovery !! i am 5 weeks post op the same injury as you, it gets better 🥹 make sure once you’re okay to do so, do those exercises!!! re gain that muscle back and try not let your mind get the better of you while straightening and bending, it took me a lot to get over the fear as mine was bent for many weeks prior to surgery !! huge mental game 🤎

My take on the @sydney_sweeney situation 😔 I’m never going to be someone to tell another person what they can or can’t do with their body… I also understand what marketing towards a targeted demographic should look like… But I can’t help but feel so angry for the women in my life, spokespeople for women’s sports and the athletes involved I see everyday online and watch compete. Sydney is free to do whatever she wants. And I love to think I empower people to have that same confidence in my own content. But it should not come with diminishing all the work so many people have done to change the deep routed sexism in sport. Also, we should be so much further beyond promoting gambling companies. Which is known to be an industry that destroys lives… In my opinion no good can come from this campaign - unless you count both Sydney and @novig making obscene amounts of money 🤷🏻‍♂️ #gambleaware #womenssports #sydneysweeney #novig
