Never stay silent when you're hurt, always communicate & express yourself, feelings, emotions and thoughts. Sometimes the other person is genuinely unaware of what he/she has done and probably wouldn't mean to hurt you & will try to fix it. 70% of our problems is because of misunderstandings & lack of communication.
