Use Clear Care contact lens cleaner at night when you don’t wear them. It’s hydrogen peroxide based so make sure they soak in the container for at least 6 hrs to neutralize or you will feel a burn like never before.

Your case could be dirty and they are still dirty or they are expired. They tend to rip easy if they are expired.
