the donor DONATED! stop it already. They're family isn't waiting by for a "thank you", they are on their own path, amongst millions of others donors. What is wrong with pple? should she put her phone down and heal..yes maybe..but good grief people leave the donor stuff alone. You sign up to be a donor without being thanked. point blank period. and shes in a lot of pain/ whiplash to the brain of what's happening/ and on lots of new meds. Support her of back off.

Please don’t get angry ~ but I feel a “message of being grateful” would probably be very appreciated by the donor’s family. Please don’t forget they lost a loved one and it saved your life.

For those up in arms about her “not thanking” her donor, when a donor passes and someone receives their organ(s), typically a transplant center will get the donor and the recipient and/or recipients family connected so that they can write a letter/email/meet etc. It’s up to the donor family if they want to be open about it. Im sure this will come for her as well. Just because she shares this part, maybe she is choosing to keep the recipients story private and/or the family.
