I use ground turkey to keep them lean, and I air fry the peppers and onion to reduce the oil. Give these recipes a try and enjoy! Macros (per serving): 35g P, 60g C, 12g F Mexican Ground Turkey 🦃 -1 lb lean ground turkey -1 tbs onion powder -1 tbs garlic powder -2 tsp paprika -2 tsp ground cumin -2 tsp dried oregano -1 tsp salt -1 tsp pepper 1.) heat a pan on high heat and add 1 tbs oil 2.) brown meat and add listed spices; mix well 3.) cook for an additional 2-3 minutes Cilantro Lime Rice 🍚🌿 -4 cups of cooked white rice -4 fresh limes -one bunch of finely chopped cilantro -salt to taste -3 tbs oil (vegetable, avocado, olive, etc.) -fresh lime zest -2 dried bay leaves 1.) wash and cook rice 2.) fluff and add into large bowl 3.) mix with above ingredients and adjust taste Seasoned Black Beans 🫘 -two 15-oz. cans of black beans -8 oz. water -2 tsp onion powder -2 tsp garlic powder -2 tsp chipotle chili powder -2 tsp ground cumin -2 tsp dried oregano -1 tsp salt -1 tsp black pepper 1.) add black beans, water, and listed spices into a small saucepan and cover with lid; mix well 2.) simmer on low for 10 minutes until softened Peppers and Onions 🫑🧅 -2 bell peppers -1 red onion -1 tbs olive oil -1 tsp salt -1 tsp pepper 1.) thinly slice peppers and onions and add into bowl with oil and seasonings; mix well 2.) air fry for 20 minutes until cooked to desired tenderness #mealprep #mealprepideas #mealplan #mealprepping #mealprepsunday
