🌈 I think I need to write a Substack on this because the comment section on TikTok will not suffice. As a woman, a SA survivor, a mother, and an academic who has studied systems (specifically food, education, and sustainable systems), I have thoughts—so many thoughts. The leverage points available to the general population are dwindling as the people in power try to shore them up and prevent the change that is so necessary. I am currently in a one-year break from my academic studies because my heart and mind needed rest. If people truly knew the intentional evil, the absolute rot, at the core of the current systems, it would break them. Lying to ourselves or avoidance is how we get through the day, plan the vacation, celebrate the holidays. The dissonance is because we can’t handle the sudden and total paradigm shift the Epstein files requires. It goes so much further than just believing women or valuing children—it’s an evil emptiness that lies as the cornerstone of the modern Western world.

This is exactly correct and is what women have been saying. We, men and women, need to change the culture. It is "all men", until other men are willing to take action to declare it wrong and immoral. Women who are supporting the system should be called out too.
