Brother thank you , and I know you hear it alot but you really saved lives I’m 28 had my herniated disc last year I live in Africa Mauritania and my doctor told me to never lift again but I started your program and it changed the game for me thanks

I wish to god I had found you sooner - I used to do the back extension 14 years ago but it hurt my back so I stopped. I just had back surgery and I’m looking to start your program when I’m well into my recovery but one thing you offer that no one else ever gave me is HOPE after all the pain, struggle, dark thoughts, you gave me something to look forward to - so thank you for that ❤️
