I just think it’s terribly designed because there is nothing about it whatsoever that’s recognizable as Dorthy or oz like if you want to do a “dark” version of something it still needs to be recognizable as to what it’s supposed to be

Yeah I think the living dead dolls did a better job with the dark wizard of oz theme that and the trailer for the wolf among us season 2 because we still haven’t gotten the game

The difference between these designs?? fyi this one is the "newest" Dorothy design by American Mcgee, but after Alice asylum got cancelled he I guess he abandoned the project all together

I’m all for a dark, more twisted version of Oz, but I hate how these figures were more concerned with looking cool and being shocking and edgy with barely any reverence for the source material at all. American McGee would have done a better job, for sure, although I wasn’t really a fan of the Zombie ideas.

that doesn't look like Dorothy, maybe if she had elements of the checkered dress or a braid. maybe even red combat boots. something what would at least look like a darker version of her. I think had the braid tied up in her hair and Once Upon a Time bad the blue dress.

hey Tori,I dont know if you have answered this but where is Elphaba's crystals ball in wicked,because In the wizard of Oz Elphaba had a big crystal ball she uses to spy on Dorothy but in wicked it is no where to be seen.
