Hehehe 🥰🤍🫶🏼 The seeds I had were: Flax seeds Pumpkin seeds Sesame seeds Sunflower seeds Turns out I potentially haven’t been ovulating properly for a while. Don’t love that!!! Never really considered PCOS either, maybe PMDD but here we are! I’m going to try my best to heal my gut and hormone health with food because I really do not want to be taking supps my whole life. I’ve also spent most of my life in survival mode which I fear has contributed largely to these imbalances. Now that I’m in my own space and have a lot more stability in my life I’m positive this is the year I can turn things around! For years I had a 35 day cycle and I’ve only just managed to reduce it by a week so things are looking up Milhouse! Any tips welcome! 🥰🥰 #PCOS #chiapudding
Girrrrllll, please. As a woman who was diagnosed at 19… get that ultrasound. I got mine done and literally they explained my ovaries as “engorged”. Once you have the clear diagnosis, you’ll find what foods/drinks/ habits spike the hormones. But also big yes to the chia!!!! Flaxseeds.

I was diagnosed at 14 and highly recommend confirming with an ultrasound and then seeing a Natropath if you feel you want extra support - I wish I had done that earlier now 36 and couldn’t recommend more after a year seeing one.
