Tiramisu biscuits « petit beurre » ✨ 🧾 Ingrédients • 1 paquet de biscuits type Petit Beurre • 2–3 tasses de café fort (refroidi) • 250 g de mascarpone • 200 ml de crème liquide entière (bien froide) • 80–100 g de sucre • 1 c. à café de vanille • 150–200 g de chocolat noir • 150 ml de crème liquide • Cacao en poudre 🧑‍🍳 Instructions 1. Préparer le café Prépare un café bien fort et laisse-le refroidir. 2. Monter la crème Fouette la crème liquide bien froide. Ajoute le mascarpone, le sucre et la vanille. Fouette jusqu’à obtenir une crème lisse et épaisse. 3. Première couche Dispose une couche de biscuits dans le plat. Verse du café directement dessus pour bien les imbiber. Ajoute une belle couche de crème puis lisse. 4. Cacao Saupoudre généreusement de cacao. 5. Deuxième couche Ajoute une nouvelle couche de biscuits. Imbibe-les à nouveau avec le café. Recouvre avec une seconde couche de crème et lisse. 6. Ganache chocolat Fais chauffer la crème puis verse-la sur le chocolat. Mélange jusqu’à obtenir une ganache lisse.
