You give Chinese and Indian cars 50% tarrifs... Killing the working class as they can now afford cars. You convince the people, that it's destroying jobs because Germans cars sales are low.
People who can't afford anything at all fight and say it's right China is taking our money and not developing our country. If our government cared so much they could have asked China manufacturers to assemble their cars this side and this creating more jobs instead. But no the government takes the route that destroys our people, overpriced cars, that people hardly finish to pay and gets repossessed, the so called middle class can't make it in this economy.
We saw what happened with shein and temu... The government doesn't want our people to experience freedom of choices as there's a range of clothing and accessories to choose from, the government hates it that people can afford things, basics needs clothing.
To top it all, soweto manufactures at risk of being evicted....? Instead of keeping the same tone about job losses now we change to focus on regulations and possible non compliance... I mean regulation, policies, can be changed to best suit our people to champion manufacturing in South Africa and improve our economy... Instead the government fights the interests of the people.
If you can't see this then you really need help.

to think that some black people are asking negative questions and commenting negatively shows how far away as South Africans are we from supporting each of our own, imagine with so much unemployment, corruption and stuff you are worried about whether the people who are doing much not to depend on the government are paying rent, yoh, we have so many illegal foreigners in Jozi, hijacking buildings, not paying rent and masithi mabahambe South Africans are quick to label us xenophobic

It’s the community responsibility to support bbe , remember the consumer is not the government… they need to change their marketing strategy… seek private investors… find buyers in which ever space they operate it … let’s do things right before we accuse the government. It’s not government evicting …. They need to do the right thing and pay rent or start operations at home if they can’t afford office space
