yeah, even on this video, I could barely see them fast enough to be able to react. There wasn’t much he could do. The intersection wasn’t even lit with street lights. There was a huge gap, where there was just darkness.

first. they shouldn't be in the road at all specially at night... second why was she driving that fast if she was only transporting someone. third.. no brakes. no swerve... no reaction after she hits them.. the guy arrested reacted more 😳

Why the hell were they in the middle of the freakin' road? Basing on the footage, it was really hard to see them until it was too late. Still, if it was not a well lit road, the officer shouldn't have been driving too fast.
