I started off Fasting at 18/6 for the 1st month then went to 20/4 2nd month am now into my 3rd month at 22/2 with my eating window from 18:00-20:00 i eat high protein low carbs but still have an takeaway acasonally crisps etc but only eat in the 2 hour window and am feeling amazing lost lots of belly fat...all i drink during my 22 hour fast is water with a pinch of Pink Himulayan Salt & Black Coffee 😃
