You call it a experience I called mine a life changing, life saving GIFT from a unknown person that CHOSE to donate to me the GIFT of LIFE!!!! I am so thankful to that person for giving me a second chance at life. Pain medicine is obviously needed but only for a few days you need to fight the pain because eventually they won’t give and you won’t need it because you stomach is numb.You need to be prepared because it’s A lot of medication and some for the rest of your life. A lot of bloodwork and a lot of drug and Alcohol testing monthly I’ll pray for you it gets easier💚🙏🏻💚

I had a liver transplant 15 years ago. It is a difficult process but you are so lucky to have received the gift of life. Please be grateful to your donor and their family. ❤️

In a few weeks from now you'll be after all of this, in your home, well and happy. I know it hurts like hell right now, but I think its very comforting thinking about that it's temporary, and you'll soon be done with it. Think where you'll be a month from now, with family and friends, knowing you're healthier than you've been in the last few years. You'll be sitting in the garden, taking a sip of your coffee, getting that sweet sweet sunlight, enjoying every moment. Those days are coming, they really are.
