Definitely room temp water not cold! And scrape down the sides of the jar after mixing each time otherwise it will get very messy (and sometimes mouldy 🙈)

I just did the same process, with the 2tbsp of flour and it took me around 12-13 days and the sourdough was so worth it, also the Aussie heat helped haha 💕
