If you don’t like the school food (which most if not all students get for free today) then bring your own food. And if you are in a place where you can’t bring your own food then you get what you get. But at no point was it ok for the kids to “hang out” McDonald’s. Just like any food establishment you can hang out and eat, but you just can’t hang out.
