Your using it backwards. When you open it open, it’s supposed to go over the sink. It’s in the name. Over sink dish drying

You know the big white thing right below it, you’re in for a treat! Just put the dirty dishes in there hit start and not only does it clean them it also dries them and you don’t need this at all. 💫
