It’s super easy to make, no mixer needed; just a spatula and a whisk will do! 🍫🧀 500g cream cheese (room temp) 100g (1/2 cup) caster sugar 1/2 vanilla pod (I use @Vanilla Trading *on my showcase) 370ml (1 1/2 cup) whipping cream (room temp) 3 large eggs (room temp) 24g (3 tbsp) all-purpose flour 120ml (1/2 cup) whipping cream 120ml (1/2 cup) whole milk 25g (2 tbsp) sugar 1/4 tsp salt 2 egg yolks 150g dark chocolate *I use 8”x4” loaf pan for this recipe *I bake them at 220°C for 30 minutes for that creamy centre. Bake 5-10 minutes longer if you prefer your cheesecake more firm. #IcebergCheesecake #BurntCheesecake
