Mainstream is very repetitive always has been in Vocaloid most of us were too young to realize that back then people probably felt the same way about Rin/Len songs and Miku/Gumi. I’d say it would be cool to revive Vocaloids like Prima, Antonio, Gachapoid, etc but I doubt the fandom would ever let that run into the mainstream besides for memes
