Patates Bazlama / Potato Flatbread 🥔 Malzemeler : 6 adet patates 1 kase rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri 1,5 su bardağı un 1 yumurta Bir tutam maydanoz 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz 1 tatlı kaşığı sarımsak tozu Patatesleri haşlıyoruz. Bir kaba alıp iyice eziyoruz. Tüm malzemeleri ekleyip yoğuruyoruz. Hamuru 8 eşit parçaya kesiyoruz. Tezgaha biraz un serpip hamuru açıyoruz. Tavada arkalı önlü pişiriyoruz. Tereyağ ile yağladıktan sonra üst üste dizip kesiyoruz. Afiyet olsun 🩷 Ingredients: 6 potatoes 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese 1.5 cups flour 1 egg A pinch of parsley 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder Boil the potatoes. Place them in a bowl and mash them well. Add all the ingredients and knead. Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces. Sprinkle some flour on the counter and roll out the dough. Cook on both sides in a pan.
