@leahhopehealth: One full day of movement, meals, learning, recovery, and trying new (ish) things that I’m not the best at. 😉 I love @Skyterra Wellness because it’s a reminder that wellness is so much more than we think it is. It’s not just food or fitness. It’s showing up, listening to your body and letting your health support your life instead of control it. Being here feels like home to me. 🥰 This place was such a valuable part of my life while I was actively losing weight. To me, it’s a place where I can focus 100% on my health — physical, mental, emotional, spiritual — to get closer to the healthiest version of me I know I can be! It’s an absolutely privilege to get to spend time here and I never take it for granted. 🙌🏻 This was a cardio day for me but next time I’ll show you some strength training! ☺️
