Every gun owner in America should be worried about this. According to the US SupremeCourt, "being suspicious" is not a crime. Carrying a firearm doesn't immediately make one a criminal. What if this was you legally carrying your firearm?

There are enough bad apple cops that this can and has happened to law-abiding citizens. The cops did the right thing for the wrong reasons. I know... I know. But EVERYONE is still innocent until proven guilty.

Hindsight is 2020. It being a blue city I’m sure they wouldn’t allow this, but if I’m a police officer and I think a suspect has a gun, I’m gonna approach him with my gun out with one in the chamber.
