Yeah even after listening I still cant put her in S tier. Personally I dont value potential and uncontrollable factors like teammates supporting because there is no control of that in peak tier. Doc is very much a strong character now as I personally have her in A+, but for s character that is reliant on teammates and teamwork to get maximum usefulness in a setting where you cannot maximize said teamwork since you cant four stack, it does hinder her.

im so happy doctor is finally getting love, been waiting for her to be meta for like ten seasons! her new buff is very VERY good for her and shes an amazing support and kiter especially with 3/3 touch effect and hit acceleration buff. ty for explaining for everyone 🥰
