I think I have it. At first, I thought it was from me doing the assisted dip machine at the gym, but only my right should started aching a week later. Is so achy in the cap and I can’t lift my arm straight up and I lost range of motion.

GIRL!!! I literally just found out about frozen shoulder! My right shoulder been giving me the blues! Only thing that helps is Vicks and the 5% lidocaine patches. It sucks aging. I'm going to go to the doctor and ask if he'll give me a brace like yours......
