Im the only woman that clay shoots with men at my club. There's normally around 150 of us, but most are great towards me. Yet then group I do shoot with can be dismissive, they cut of my voice in conversation, they forget I'm there. OK I'm 5 foot they are tall men. So they blame my height for it. But they walnoff and leave me when it's my turn. They have decades more experience than me, but I'm quite good. Yet they are draining me. My confidence is low, my belief in my sport is zero now. Even my husband let's it happen as he's on the team, but never stands up for me. I could change teams, but that's letting them win and would cause trouble at home. So I won't give in. They even tell everyone it's not over till the fat women sings when it's the last stand and it's my turn. I'm size 10uk. They talk about older women including their wives in a terrible way again me included. I would love to send them all that negativity back to them.
