Working out is actually really good for the female body. Because just like in men, it reduces the cortisol levels in the body. And of course, over working yourself in sport is bad, NO MATTER IF YOU’RE A MAN OR WOMAN.

That explains all my behavioural observations and those not fitting the modern system and my own feelings towards going out to work for 40 hours a week. I dread the life the modern world is trying to push on me as a woman. I like going for walks but I hate doing challenging hard sports.

Then I don’t know what my grandmothers did all day on the farm in the field or my mom did as a child chopping wood, planting seed, harvesting crops, feeding the animals, washing laundry in the river. They worked more than all of us nowadays.
