Resigning tomorrow. My mental health comes first. I had a panic attack at work, first one in over 3 years and my therapist thinks I'm depressed 🙃 now my job will be to find a new one. Good luck to us both!

I Can relate so much. I did the same thing 7 months ago. It went to my dreamjob to my nightmare. Miserable IS the word. I just took care of me, m'y family, just chilling, reading Books, Netflix, learning. I lost weight and I'll sign next week my New contracts, with less money but in a healthy environment...

I got fired today THANK GOD! I have been wanting to quit. I am also sober. This corporate job drained my soul. I am so relieved. I turned into a different person. I have no idea what I’m doing next either. Good luck sis! 🥰
