I know I did, and that’s exactly the reason why I was a closet gamer for a while. I hid my love for gaming because I thought I had to, just to be seen as a “real” adult with “real” responsibilities. but times are changing 🙂‍↕️ and for a lot of us, hobbies like gaming aren’t a distraction. they’re how we cope, unwind and regulate. they’ve helped me in TONS of ways: with stress, anxiety, and honestly just a needed escape. you don’t have to choose between being responsible and enjoying what you love. there are healthy ways you can do both, especially when you’re clear on what matters to you, AND you know what your priorities are. like most things in life, it’s all about balance 🍃 #inmy30s #gaming #cozygamer #hobbies #cozyathome
