Diversions were 10hours long and people late at work/uni/school/appointments for 3 hours. I think this incident demonstrated that the services didn’t know what to do and how to safely make a contingency plan to deviate traffic. Whole area stopped in every possible way. Doctors/nurses/teachers all late for vital work
