Right, not for everyone, which is why I said was also the cause of my* arch support shoes. Dont get me wrong, massage helps pain and feels good and maybe even gets rid of it permanently for some, but I’ve been plantar fasciitis pain free since I switched to barefoot shoes several yrs ago. But I hope u get the clients u need and tht they become pain free through you. 💜

have been experiencing plantar fasciitis for at least 9 years. Due to my previously demanding work schedule, I never sought treatment and instead managed the pain, hoping for temporary relief. Currently, I am undergoing a medical evaluation as I am determined to resolve this chronic issue.
