Harper, I’d love to see the embeddings follow-up use “river bank” and “bank loan.” A tokenizer can split words into pieces, and the token ID is just an index. The model’s later layers use the surrounding words to represent which sense of “bank” fits. We do the same too actually. When you „see“, a certain configuration of electrical signals have caused certain neurons to fire in ur brain. That state can be described in numbers soooo yea

I love Ai and I want to study a course that can help understand more about it not just Ai but how it works, how it predict things and am looking forward to solving the world’s biggest problems like energy, climate health etc . So I don’t know if I should study mathematics while learning tool i can use to apply it to real world problems or I should study computer science?
