@thenattyengineer: Here’s a 3-day full body routine designed to hit: •Large muscle groups (chest, back, quads, hamstrings/glutes) for 10-16 sets per week •Smaller muscle groups (shoulders, biceps, triceps, calves) for 6-10 sets per week Structured for growth, recovery, and progressive overload. You can subout exercises for comparable ones and change the rep ranges and volume to your liking. Let me know if you have any questions. #GymTok #Fitness #workoutsplit #workoutroutine #gym

The goal is to hit every muscle twice a week, if a split does it then it’s better than nothing

ULR or Arnold splits are the winner. I'll try this but I can tell I won't stick to it.

Hi! I would like to ask you two things: 1) @gabri: I usually train with my first set with 1-2 RIR, instead the 2nd and 3rd are a sort of until failure. For example bench press: first set 10 reps (1-2 RIR), second set 8 (failure), third set 6 (failure). Is it too much for an efficient recovery in full body? 2) I usually do 2 light warm-up series, then the weight of the training before. Is that ok?
