hey. i have done cold calling for a detailing agency in the US and your opening sentence is your selling point. Check them out, do they have a website, do they run ads? etc and start there, e.g I was looking you guys up and noticed that your business doesn't have a website(whatever it is). Im curious about how you currently attract customers. Do you rely on word of mouth or do you use any advertising methods? Then go ahead tell them who you are, what you do and how you can help them. Just my tip☺️

They are hanging up the call coz you are mentioning that it's a sales call. It would be better if you do more research about the company or person to identify their strong holds. Then start the call by introducing yourself and recognising the good things they have done. Then mention a gap you identified and how you think your service will help solve them. Take control of the call.
