These huge cars are impractical. All modern cars are so wide. My pet peeve is that the owners of the huge luxury vehicles always park their cars badly and take up 2 spaces in shopping and train station car parks.

even outside london most towns and cities aren't equipped for these huge cars. I know they feel safer in them but I see them struggling to get around a corner in an area with lots of parked cars and just wonder, why would this be worth it

it's shocking when you see how large the blind spot right in front of the bonnet is. always think about that image of something 8 kids sat in front before the driver sees 1. there's a place for SUVs, it's not in cities

I argue that some people absolutely need big SUVs, my dad drives a Touareg because very few cars can tow 3.5 tons, which he needs for his job, without a big SUV that can tow he'd be doing multiple trips on top of the multiple people carrying stuff in their cars to site

Our car is obviously unusual - it’s quite long and we only take it to places we know there is space to park but even so it looks small next to these SUVs. Our everyday car is tiny and we often leave big cars in our dust as we squeeze through small gaps.
