A friend of mine worked for a big food lab in sf and quit because she said everyone was racing to get their products on the shelves without making sure it was actually nutritious and that most of it isn’t ready for consumption yet.

Also tried it. It was a bit dry for me as I think their fat content was off and or they overcooked the meatball, but would totally try it again and maybe even buy it if it made sense price wise.

I love this shit, this is the type of sci fi stuff we should be focused on, not AI bullshit trying to replace all of our jobs, but creating new ways of improving the lives of living creatures around us and allowing us to enjoy the foods we love. this is the future. fuck plant based foods, we won't have to compromise anymore! (unless you like plant based which is fine)
