The fact that TSA had no idea this was a thing and she had to call over a Supervisor to doublecheck is terrible. The main aspect of their job here is to ID people as they come in, and they are not being kept up to date on new technology or forms in which IDs are accepted?? 🙄🙄

Haha I did it at LAX about a month ago and she was like “What did you just scan??” all upset and I’m like “my phone? my digital id… passport” and then she said “Oh well you still have to take a photo!” She definitely hadn’t seen it before
