I was the same, I use Viviscal thickening shampoo and conditioner. I also use a hair serum called UK Hair grown serum. I have also found pumpkin seeds in my diet has helped.. my hair is much fuller again

This has been me for 15 years with Alopecia Areata turned universalis, back to Areata and now it’s sparse and thin AF again. I’m tired of it and still have no answers 😭😭😭. I feel this pain. So many of us right now 😞😞

Hun you should try Hemp Biotin shampoo/ conditioner from Elis company. It helps with hair growth a lot. Saved my damage frizzy hair. The only hair products that really works 🫶
