However, I do think people don’t realize the more we advance as humanity, these advancements will be applied much faster than the ones before. As society, we should have figured out a way to control this implementation at a certain pace. When it comes to new jobs, eventually we should really re-shape education and schools makes us look ourselves as entrepreneurs using AI to develop a product instead of an employee doing that. I wouldn’t be surprised if the world in the future has billion of companies with one human owner and fully operated by AI and robots. The question is can most people develop this entrepreneurial mentality?

I agree with this. 1)I work in UX and I think sometimes people forget that the specific roles that are common in tech today were created to support a specific version of product development. Once that changes it really doesn’t make sense to keep the roles the same 2) AI has the ability to *expand* people’s skillset, suggesting the best way for companies to benefit from AI is actually restructure, not just do layoffs.

it will be less about job titles and more about skills moving forward. everyone needs to really focus on the skills that they have (and implementing ai into those workflows) to stand out in the new wave of work

disagree. humans still want to trust someones “eye” for something. A creative view, a strategic person, an “data” person. it gets too complex to hold someone accountable for something if you dont have specific roles, I just think the jobs will change titles and funcionality but we still need people to be “the one” of a specific area
