Good morning I am so sorry you’re having issues. I had a Dodge that gave me problems electrical problems. They could never put their finger on it. I had to finally just return it. They but they were so nice about it. They were come and pick it up. bring me a loaner every time, but it can turn into a big headache so good luck and have a great day.

we all need tl go back to old school vehicles. easy detect. hope u get it fix. family member bought a brand new truck chev within one week it stalled out n it took a week to fix it. crazy....

back in 2018 took my gmc truck to get a/c worked on, which they installed a new a/c compressor, later found out that all the mounting bolts were not tightened all the way. I found one bolt that almost came out.. so I just fixed myself.. so I no longer go to that dealership

Don’t ever do surveys on anything as buying a vehicle or services plus the salesperson say give us a “10”. They tried to get a good survey. I usually give them a bad rate especially if your from reservations. Just be careful when buying a vehicle in Phoenix. Plus it’s not only GMC. It’s all the vehicles models.

Had a 2023 Silverado and the sound was going in and out as well. They had to keep my truck a few days to fix it. It’s fixed now.

I had issues with my dashboard too. A brand new f-150 too I took it back to have it fixed. I drove a loaner for a week. My dodge ram I had before this f-150 I never had any issues with it. I like dodge better

I have a 2024 GMC from Yates GMC. I don’t have any issues with my truck. Hopefully they do fix your truck. It should be covered.

I spent thousands of dollars there at Coulter. I initially went there for an oil change and a few days later, I started hearing funny sounds and took it back in and each time I picked it up, there was another noise. This lasted back and forth for a few months and I got back to NM, the ride just totally shut off and they wouldn’t help me.

Since you didn’t have the vehicle too long, take it somewhere else and let them do it and then take the receipt back to where you took the vehicle and they can pay they can reimburse you
