HairTok always makes it look like it’s just oils and masks 🫶 but I was doing all of that and still shedding like crazy. My hair was dull, weak, wouldn’t grow past a certain point and I felt so frustrated. I honestly thought it was just genetics. In a women’s forum someone mentioned Eat like a woman protocol by Loren Green and that’s when things shifted. Once digestion and inflammation calmed, hair fallout slowed, strands felt stronger, shine came back, and I’m down 28 lbs. Feels like info nobody spills.

Nothing helps the grease. I do double shampoo I use the Loriel frizz one and the head and shoulders clarifying and a garnier conditioner (ignore my spelling) and I use cold waterrrr😭😭
